CDI Affiliated Services will collect account information from its clients and other sources in order to secure payment of past due debt. This information includes but is not limited to the responsible party of the debt and all contact information, social security number, date of birth, employment information, account information and other applicable information provided by our client, locate services or obtained from other sources. Unless expressly requested by you, CDI Affiliated Services will not disclose any of your personal or account information, including your personal health information to anyone except as allowed or required under the law.

Credit Card, Debit Card and Electronic Check Policy

This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card, debit card and electronic check transactions only.

Collection of Information.

CDI Affiliated Services will collect and use information obtained from the credit card and electronic check transactions only for the purposes of collecting on the past-due account associated with your payment.

The credit card information provided by you to CDI Affiliated Services will be stored in a confidential manner. Our employees may access information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so, such as when a refund is issued back to the credit card. We maintain physical, electronic safeguards to protect your information, and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards.

Disclosure of Your Information.

CDI Affiliated Services does not disclose any nonpublic information (such as credit card numbers, their expiration dates and their security codes, checking account routing numbers and account numbers) regarding any consumer to anyone, except required by law. In these cases, we disclose information only when it is necessary. Information may be also disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies or for other general administrative services. We do not disclose information about you to other entities who may want to sell their products to you.
